For whom?
Adults (18-65 years) struggling with several complex issues who want to participate in the labour market.
What?
People facing several complex issues often have many questions and needs when looking for work. To better support them, Europe WSE (Work and Social Economy) is setting up dynamic partnerships with the VDAB, Public Centres for Social Welfare, local authorities and other service providers.
These partners will help clients identify ways to fully participate in the labour market and in society based on their strengths and competences.
Solentra will provide its unique expertise in psychological assistance to the partnership in Ostend and North Limburg. Specifically, Solentra will coach clients with a refugee or migration background on a weekly basis.
